Cell phone - part 2

Hey folks! It's me, F4lk again. You may have noticed the absense of new posts here during the last weeks, but - like Vyro posted in his blog some time ago - if there are no interesting stories, I cannot post anything. Life often is not that adventurous, and I think we all know that well and like our daily routine - if it doesnt grow out of perspective.

So, some of you asked how the story of Angel's lost cell phone turned out. To cut a long story short, she did NOT get it back! We knew there was a guy who had a phone similar to hers, but did not know his name or how he looks like, so this was a dead end. She has bought a new one recently, and I hope s.th. like that will not happen again.

What troubles me the most about this whole cell phone story is her change in attitude. She has always been a kind and honest person (and is still one overall), but now that she has a new phone and the whole story was settled down, she told me that she "would keep a cell phone if she ever finds an abandoned one in the future". She justified this decision with arguments like "why should always she be the dumb one while every other person just keeps them" and so on.
We had a very bad controversial about that, because you know, in my opinion, two wrongs do not make a right, but in the end we could not resolve this problem.

With some luck, this situation will never occur. At least I hope so.

There are one ore two more things I want to tell you all, but right now its just before 2 a.m. in the morning and I really need some sleep. But don't worry, I absolutely will catch up on that the next days.

  1. Did you give her the "this is not justice" speech?

    1. Pretty much something like this, yes. If I would lose my cell phone, I would appreaciate a honest person that gives it back to me. But in the end, its up to her to decide what to do.

  2. >Kind and honest
    >Was dating you while she had a bf

I think you may be deluding yourself just a little bit. She's not an angel she's a woman.

  3. You could try asking her why she would want anyone else to feel as upset as she did when she lost her phone.
